Terms And Conditions

M/s. Holiday links who lay dawn the following common terms & conditions to the kind notice of the esteemed patrons and for the participants of holiday links is a pseudonym for the tours conducted by the above concerns, who will be known as the ‘ organizers’ here after.

Enquiry

All enquiries & booking are accepted through the Principle only. No case of booking or refund will be dealt with students / parents directly. Admission: The right of admission is fully reserved by the ‘Organizers’ only bonafide students and teachers will be allowed to join Indian tours. Parents / extra teachers / ex. Students / infants of teachers are not allowed to join the tour. Parents / Relatives are allowed to join foreign tours along with students and teachers. Identity cards: While proceeding on and educational tours, it is compulsory for all students & staff members to carry their “identity card” duly certified by the head of the institute.

Accommodation

lodging facilities will be provided only at destination stations with usual amenities, 4students on 3 beds are usually accommodated on one normal size room with bath attached or in the nearby annexure. No towels / soaps are provided to students / teachers.

Registration

Registration form are distributed free of charges among the students as per ‘specific desired tours’. Registration form duly filled up by students / parents & countersigned by principle be submitted along with the non refundable advance amount.

Confirmation

A non refundable advance of Rs. 1000/- (mini tour), or Rs. 2000/- (Standard Tour), Rs.5000/- or Rs. 10000/- (Foreign Tour) by cash or draft is requires minimum 65 days before proposed departure date. Foreign tour second installment of Rs. Payable 45 days in advance balance amount of tour cost should reach in our office, at least 28 days before tour departure date.

Payments

Payments will be accepted by cash / local crossed Cheques (in favor of Holiday links) / pay order / bank draft only.

Individual / Group cancellation Intenational & Domestic Tour

The initial contribution / registration Rs. 1000/-(mini tour) , or Rs. 2000/- (standard tour), Rs. 5000/- (foreign tour) or full contributions (whatever may be is not refundable. Additionally the following charges are applicable to be forfeited 25% - 60 days prior to departure, 50% - 35 days prior to departure, 75% - 20 days prior to departure, and 100% less than 15 days.

Postponement

In case of the whole group postponed whatsoever the cause may be, the whole amount as per the fort coming vacation postponement charges 25% of the cost per head will be levied.

Check in / check out

The participants must enter / vacate their rooms as per the check in / check out time or the respective hotel and bear the inconvenience of while taking care of the belongings before check in / after check out. The tour manager on being occupied. Valuable: It is advisable that students, should not carry much cash & valuables. If required students / teachers can carry State Bank of India travelers cheques on their personal name & the same can be encased wherever needed.

Damages

In case of damages whatsoever done by the participants, the cost of same has to be done by him /her any damages found in the hotel room, should immediate be brought to the notice of the hotel authority through tour manager, on being occupied.

Emergencies

The organizers reserve full right to claim any additional expenses incurred wing to emergencies of Delay / change / missing Connection / cancellation / breakdown of train, bus , flight, ship other services & weather conditions strikes war, riot quarantine or any other case whatsoever beyond the control of the organizer.

Responsibility

All arrangement are made by the organizer on their capacity as Agents & to the best or their ability for & in the interest of the organizers don’s accept any liability for delay , irregularity, break down which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement. All Participants are requested to take care on their belonging during the tour.

CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL / SMOKING / RIGGING STRICTLY PROHIBITED
